Delete Your Account

ArrivalList Inc. makes ArrivalList. You can delete your account and its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open ArrivalList and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@arrivallistapp.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address on your account, or tell us how you sign in (for example, Sign in with Apple). We may ask for more information to confirm it's you. We answer within 45 days.

What we delete

Your account, reminders, lists, places, devices, and push tokens. We also:

• remove you from your groups and delete your messages and requests;
• delete groups you own;
• remove your name from "Assigned by" labels on other people's reminders;
• delete your record at RevenueCat, our subscription provider;
• delete your violation record.

What we keep, and for how long

• Report copies of your messages, with nothing linking them to you: 30 days from the report's decision, or 1 year if a person keeps one as evidence.
• Crash reports: 30 days.
• Emails with us: as long as needed to help you, then 60 days.
• Backups: deleted information can remain in encrypted backups for up to 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Signing out also deletes ArrivalList's data from that phone.
